Every Pro subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us at support@engs.today and we will assist you.

After the 30-Day Window

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period.
